The Capital Programs Administrator will oversee the management of our three capital grant and loan programs - the African American Heritage Preservation Program, the Historic Preservation Capital Grant Program, and the Historic Preservation Loan Program - and will directly administer rehabilitation projects under these programs. This position will also staff the Governor’s Commission on Maryland’s Military Monuments (MMMC.) This supervisory position requires a high level of technical preservation knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy, experience with public speaking, and familiarity with legal and contractual issues.
