TxDOT's Environmental Affairs Division is seeking to fill two positions for Environmental Project Planner II, III – Historical Studies in the Cultural Resources Management Section. 

Are you a history lover?  Are you into buildings, bridges, landscapes, and Texas’ cultural heritage? 
Do you have expertise in the state and federal environmental regulations that protect cultural resources?
Do you enjoy the diversity of working with teams of experts on state-wide projects?
Are you ready to serve the public by being a part of planning and reviewing the state’s transportation projects to minimize impacts to cultural resources and assist with permitting and agency coordination?

If you answered yes to those questions, consider joining the Cultural Resources Management Section of TxDOT’s Environmental Affairs Division, part of TxDOT’s diverse workforce of over 12,000 employees statewide. Minimum Salary: 70,000.00  
Maximum Salary: 93,000.00

Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time 

Shift: Day Job  

Shift Details: 40 hours per week M - F 

Location Flexibility: Hybrid  

Location Flexibility Details: May be eligible for up to 3 days remote work
