National Historic Preservation Advocacy Week Returns March 3-6th

March 3-6, 2025

Registration for National Historic Preservation Advocacy Week 2025 is coming soon! Mark your calendars for March 3-6, 2025, and plan to join us in Washington D.C. Hosted by Preservation Action and the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers, Preservation Advocacy Week is the perfect opportunity to unite with like-minded individuals and advocate for the critical programs and policies that help preserve of our nation’s historic resources.

Advocacy Week 2025 will feature new in-depth preservation policy trainings and briefings, exciting tours, fresh locations, networking opportunities, and of-course the chance to meet with your members of Congress directly. By-invitation meetings taking place during advocacy week include the NCSHPO Annual Meeting, Preservation Action Member Meeting, as well as the American Cultural Resources Association - ACRA and National Alliance of Preservation Commissions Board Meetings. A new Congress will be sworn-in in January, which includes over 70 new members of Congress. Educating members on key historic preservation programs and policies will be critical. Don’t miss out on this chance to make a difference and be a part of the preservation movement!

Expect registration and hotel room block information to open in December. Stay tuned for more!
