Historic Seattle is excited to continue our annual program series honoring our Preservation Celebration Award winners! This series offers an opportunity to learn more about the incredible people and places recognized at our 2024 Preservation Celebration.

Larry Kreisman | 2024 Preservation Champion Award

We look forward to hosting an in-person program celebrating our 2024 Preservation Champion Awardee, Larry Kreisman!

Larry served as Historic Seattle’s Program Director for twenty years, and “without Larry’s dedication and effort, the city (Seattle) would be a much different place.” To honor Larry and his tireless contributions to preserving the historic fabric of our city, we are thrilled to invite our community to experience Recollections, a talk in which Larry reflects on his journey of professional self-discovery, the people who shaped his career and life, and the insights he’s gained along the way.

As if that weren’t exciting enough, the talk will be hosted in the Library of the Stimson-Green Mansion over donuts and coffee.

Event Logistics

The program will run from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Larry’s talk will last approximately 45 minutes, leaving plenty of time for conversation afterward. We kindly ask that you respect our setup team by arriving no earlier than 10:40 AM. All registered attendees will receive a reminder email within 72 hours of the program.
