Springtime in New York: Art Deco Centennial Weekend
April 25-28, 2025 |
The Exposition des arts décoratifs et industriels modernes opened in Paris on April 28,1925 giving birth to the style now known as Art Deco. What better way to celebrate that birth than with an up-close-and-personal visit to some of its revered progeny right here in New York City? This centennial year, ADSNY is moving its famed Autumn in New York weekend to the spring. Springtime in New York: Art Deco Centennial Weekend will take place from Friday, April 25, to Monday, April 28. Participants have the option of either a Four-Day or Three-Day immersive experience which features
- Unique tours led by noted architectural historians inside the city’s Deco gems.
- Visits to stellar Deco landmarks in Manhattan and the other boroughs, since 2025 also marks the 60th anniversary of the passage of New York City’s Landmarks Law.
- A day visiting a nearby city, to see remarkable examples of the Deco style, sometimes hidden in plain sight.
- All new dining experiences, capturing the essence of the Jazz Age.
- Exciting surprises along the way – and much more!
Whether you are a New Yorker or are planning a special visit to the Big Apple, you won’t want to miss this exceptional Centennial weekend. And by acting now and signing up before January 21, you’ll take advantage of the Early Bird Special and save!
