Night Classes

ARCH 215: History of Pacific Northwest Architecture
Students study Pacific Northwest regional building types, stylistic characteristics, and architects.

BLD 151: Introduction to Residential Codes
Introduction to International and Oregon Residential Codes for one and two-Family dwellings.

BLD 294: Historic Preservation Practicum
Students plan, complete and document a project in Historic Preservation.
Mondays 5:00pm-7:50pm

BLD 295: Historic Preservation Directed Project
Students plan, synthesize knowledge gained in other courses and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address a significant problem in their area of interest.

BLD 124: Roofing
Students gain knowledge and practical hands-on experience in materials and methods of construction for roof systems.

BLD 235: Metal Casting
Students gain knowledge and practical hands-on experience in applications and properties of mold making and metal casting.

BLD 232: Dry-Stack Masonry
Students gain knowledge and practical hands-on experience of dry-stack masonry in historic retaining walls.
Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm
May 31st & June 1st, CCC campus
