Historic Wallingford and the Wallingford Center are pleased to partner in presenting the Wally-Home Resource Fair. Saturday, May 31, 2025 10 to 3 PM Wallingford Center, 1815 N 45th St., Seattle This drop-in event is free and open to the public. It will feature the expertise of professionals who specialize in older home renovation and homeowners and tenants who have renovated older residences. There will be break-out discussions on popular topics. Our primary aim in hosting the fair is to celebrate one of the largest collections of early 20th century homes found in Seattle, while offering those who cherish these homes resources to be stewards of these properties, as well facilitate changes for modern living.
