Having raised my family in a 1790 colonial for 23 years, I have a great love for our New Hampshire treasures. I've taken courses in early architecture, can't get enough of books about early masonry, and find that driving back roads never gets old.  New Hampshire's wide variety of architectural styles, from the simplest 4 room cape on a quiet gravel road to the grand homes that grace the outskirts of our busier towns, "antiques" have always been my favorites. Our business is selling these beauties on a bigger patch of ground than most, as farms and fine country homes are our bread and butter along with horse properties, equine facilities, and working farms.  We do nothing else. Our audience of potential buyers are generally in the age group that still appreciates the history, craftsmanship and Yankee ingenuity that went into each home, no matter how similar the overall style might appear to be.  Supporter of the NH Preservation Alliance.
