We now offer additional methods to gain exposure for your historic property for sale listing.  In addition to including each property on our "New Listings" page and including each property in our "Historic Property for Sale Email Newsletter" at no additional charge, we now offer fee-based opportunities to feature your property prominently on this site.

Option 1: List Your Property on the "Featured Property for Sale" Page

• Featured Property for Sale page features only 5 properties per week, and your listing will be prominently placed on this page. 
• Fee = $25 per property, per week

Option 2: List Your Property On EVERY Page of Our Site

• The property is listed prominently on the homepage (the most visited page on our website).
• The property is also listed on the sidebar navigation bar (see property listed to the left) and will appear on EVERY page of our site.
• Included in your fee is a FREE listing on the "Featured Property for Sale" page (see option 1 above).
• Fee = $65 per property, per week
  
  

How Do I Feature My Property?

• Option 1:
• Now Available - you can now choose to feature your property on the secure submit form.  After choosing which type of featured listing you would like, a drop-down calendar with available dates will automatically appear.  Simply choose the date you would like, and submit the property listing form.

• Option 2:
• After listing your property, you will receive a message inquiring if you would like to feature your property.  Instructions will be provided. 
  
  
• Option 3:
• After listing your first property, you will be sent a login and password enabling you access to our secure members area. 
• Click on "Member Login" on the left hand toolbar of our website.
• Enter your login and password information.
• Click on "My Property Listings".
• Click the "Feature" link next to the property (or properties) you would like to feature and then fill out the form provided.
