Join Preservation Maryland and Talbot Historical Society on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 6:00 PM for Landmarking Basics in Talbot County. During this virtual lecture, Christiana Limniatis, Preservation Maryland's Program & Outreach Manager, will provide an introduction to the different types of designations for historic resources, review the general process for landmarking properties at the local, state, and federal levels, and how those designations may impact property owners. While this lecture will focus on resources in Talbot County, the information will be relevant to preservation projects across Maryland. 

This presentation is free and open to the public, but registration is preferred.
